Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nnpk ("nnpk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nnpk website at nnpk.bio, including all games, sports betting markets, financial transactions and support services offered through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit or accessing any part of the nnpk platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not use the nnpk platform. nnpk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the nnpk platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. By registering you confirm that all of the following apply to you:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds returned to the original payment method.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been excluded from gambling by self-exclusion request, regulatory order or any other mechanism applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or officer of nnpk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, solely for personal entertainment purposes, and you understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on nnpk you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any winnings generated from a duplicate account may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• nnpk reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification at any point. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. nnpk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nnpk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other supported institutions). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published in the Cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is applied without exception.
• nnpk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the account's identity documents remain outstanding.
• Any funds deposited that are reasonably suspected to originate from criminal activity or money laundering will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• nnpk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

nnpk offers a welcome bonus and various ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• nnpk reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through any form of abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game and period only. Unused free spins expire at the end of the stated promotion period.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL season are available to eligible registered players during the specified promotional window. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms and conditions.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering activity on nnpk:

• All bets are final once confirmed. nnpk does not accept requests to cancel, amend or void a confirmed bet except in cases of a verifiable technical error on the part of nnpk.
• In the event of a sports event being suspended, postponed or abandoned, nnpk will apply the settlement rules published in the relevant sports section of the platform. Generally, void bets are returned as stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event type and account status.
• nnpk reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse bets from any player at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected match-fixing, use of prohibited betting software or patterns of professional advantage play.

6. Responsible Gaming

nnpk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players must be 21 years of age or older. nnpk will permanently close any account established by or for a person under the minimum age. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.
• Players may request deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits or cooling-off periods at any time by contacting nnpk support. These tools take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to take a break from gambling. A self-exclusion request will result in the account being suspended for the requested period — a minimum of six months. During the self-exclusion period all promotional communications will be suspended and login access will be disabled.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nnpk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account, including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods for the same individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping, match-fixing and syndicate betting that exploits platform vulnerabilities.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds originating from criminal activity, or using nnpk for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person or misrepresenting your age, location or identity for any purpose in connection with your nnpk account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nnpk platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, sound and video assets — is the exclusive property of nnpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any nnpk content without express prior written permission. Unauthorised use of nnpk intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the nnpk platform, even if nnpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nnpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nnpk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

nnpk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nnpk will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the nnpk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must close your account and cease using the platform.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which nnpk operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through nnpk's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. By accepting these Terms you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against nnpk.
